No, but we will help you file the necessary claim forms.

How many days in your treatment program?
It is open-ended, but the average length of stay is 30-45 days.

Do you take credit cards?
Yes, you may charge treatment on VISA, MASTERCARD OR DISCOVER.

What are the living arrangements?
Our facility is set up in a dorm-like setting with 4 persons residing in each room. Our accommodations are comfortable, casual and 3 daily home cooked meals, appeal to all appetites. Individual dietary needs are met as needed.

Can we use the phone?
There is a 7-day waiting period for phone privileges after you arrive. You need a calling card for the pay phone. Cell phones are not allowed at anytime.

Do we have visitation?
Yes, visitation is allowed on Sundays from 1:00-4:00 p.m. after one complete week of treatment.

What time do we get up?
Monday thru Saturday 6:00 a.m. and Sunday 7:00 a.m.

Will I see a doctor before admission?
All consumers are required to see our Medical Director for a basic physical.
